Important Information
To help improve the delivery service to our North American customers, we now ship and hold our most popular products in our warehouse facility in Union, New Jersey. All orders shipped from New Jersey are dispatched via FedEx; occasionally products will have to be shipped directly from the Belleek factory in Ireland; these products are shipped via the Irish Anpost airfreight service with delivery approximately 5-10 working days.
Due to unique handcrafted nature of Belleek product, some items may need to be made to order, so shipping lead times may vary on affected items. All affected customer orders will be contacted directly reference any delays in order delivery times.
During Sale and busy Holiday periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Friends & Family events), please allow a little extra time for us to process and dispatch your order. Deliveries may take a little longer, however every order is important to us and we will always endeavor to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our warehouse in the USA, we cannot offer gift wrapping to any USA or Canadian Customers at this time.

Returns
Our 30-day returns guarantee
Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened with seals and inner packaging intact. We will then issue you with a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect, however if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item the following policies apply.
If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a Belleek Group Ltd package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange; please contact us directly at online-returns@Belleek.ie and ensure you include your order reference number in all correspondences.
If the item is defective (within 30 days of receipt)
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please contact us directly at online-returns@Belleek.ie to discuss the natural of any defective item and any possible solutions.
If the item becomes defective (after 30 days of receipt)

If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, contact us directly at online-returns@Belleek.ie to arrange return and/or replacement of the item in question. Please include your order reference number in all correspondences.
Jewellery Returns
Unfortunately as a result of health, hygiene and safety we are unable to offer a refund / exchange on the following:
Pierced earrings or other pierced body jewellery.
In the event of Belleek Group Ltd sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Belleek Group Ltd within 30 days. Belleek Group Ltd reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Belleek Group Ltd confirms we will issue a replacement.
