I bought the original set of Aynsley while visiting Ireland in 2023. I bought the teapot, creamer and cups. Absolutely LOVE them. I use them every day. Unfortunately, I broke the teapot and one (blue) cup, but had them replaced. Received them quickly and safely.
I ordered the classic 1880 - gold shamrock dinner plate x6 as a gift. She loved the gift, so I did not mention that it was missing the gold trim. The plates are beautiful, but would have matched the set better as the 1880 gold trimmed plates.
This small figure adds a big statement to our puffin-loving home. The finish is abstract yet detailed enough to distinguish this piece as beautifully unique as a real puffin itself. I enjoy this little memento however I was a little disappointed when I unwrapped it. I understand stock photos don’t typically match the actual finished product but this one is way off and while this figurine exudes classic Belleek charm, my expectations weren’t met based off the image represented on the website. I am glad to own it—and display it proudly—but it’s not what I was anticipating.

You could send me a new one, that does not have the lettering smeared on it. I’ve emailed twice and have gotten no response.
I ordered these glasses thinking they were made in Ireland. On the bottom it says made in Czech Rep. very disappointing. May return them

I bought this when I toured the Belleek Factory. I knew I wanted her to display, She sits on my TV stand - right in front of a photo of my mom. I have both guardian angels. I love looking up and seeing her daily

The basket is an anniversary gift for my wife, and she loves it. The first delivery was totally destroyed, the shipping box and basket completely crushed; but that was on FedEx, not Belleek. The next day after communicating the damaged delivery to Belleek, we received a new, undamaged basket. I consider that a display of commendable customer service by Belleek. Thank you.

Beautiful! I fell in love with Belleek as a little girl. My mom had Neptune. The china was so thin you could see through it! I used my new Belleek china for a St Patrick’s Day tea party. Everyone loved it and I received so many compliments! The boxing, wrapping and delivery of the products was impeccable. The best I’ve seen

I love all the Belleek products. I use them in March of every year for St Patrick’s Day. This particular piece has a paint run on the side of it but I decided to keep it and not return it.

I saw these mugs for the first time at a St. Patrick’s Day party and went home and ordered them immediately. I ordered 6 plus the sugar bowl and the cream pitcher. The order came in less than a week. I am so extremely happy with all of the items. They’re beautiful and I especially love that the mugs are not ridiculously oversized. It’s hard to find a regularly sized mug in the US. Additionally, one mug was broken upon arrival. Just bad luck, but it was replaced with no hassle quickly and easily. I replied to the delivery email and got a response right away. Wonderful product, and a lovely company.
