We love the product ! Delivery was excellent. OUR big concern was that we wanted a larger set of the pottery. When we tried to order the second place setting of the Tivoli , its now telling us that it is out of stock in the United States. Hopefully it will be back in stock soon so we have it for family visits this Autumn and holiday season. Thank you

One of the mugs handle was broken in my order. The mug set was to be a gift to my granddaughter. It was a huge disappointment with this order. Also tried to change address of order due to moving to new state….called the next day when I made order…..called by phone and texted….no one could help change the address. I have ordered many items through your company because of your good quality and service. This shipment was a big disappointment.

I love this new china. The mugs are a welcome addition to the dishes I got earlier. As previous comments have indicated, these mugs are big. I use them primarily for soup but they’d be great if you like a big cup of coffee or tea.
