The ornament is beautiful and worth the price. I paid $15 extra for a personalization to commemorate my wife's late father. Unfortunately it wasn't done very well. His middle name, George, ran off the end of the "name plate" leaving the "ge" hanging off and out of place. It lost some of it's affect.
I love this! This is going to be a wedding present and I am VERY happy with how it turned out. I had previously bought several for members of my family ( with gold lettering) ,for Christmas.. They were a hit. So, that's why I got the one pictured for a wedding present. I am very pleased with the silver lettering. It is very elegant.
