I ordered two of these beautiful personalized mugs. One of the mugs is shown in the picture. Both turned out perfectly, with the high quality Belleek is known for. Made in Ireland.
Shipping via UPS was fast, especially considering they were made to order and shipped to the USA. They arrived 5 days before Christmas with plenty of time for gift wrapping.
I contacted customer support a few times during the ordering and delivery process and Dearbhla responded quickly each time and was very helpful. Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Belleek!

Originally received these mugs when our grandkids were born. They were inscribed with what the grands called us (don’t ask 😀). Recently one started cracking and the other was dropped and smashed. We were heartbroken! We use only these mugs! But ordered them and received them quicker than expected. We are so pleased to be having our tea/coffee in our Grandparents mugs. ❤️
I gave this lovely personalized mug to a dear friend for her 91st birthday. It's absolutely gorgeous!! She loves it so much she drinks her tea from it every morning. Now it's the only cup she'll use.
I ordered the personalized mug for my Sister In Law and it was beautiful. The engraving was very elegant and mug itself was perfect. It arrived timely and was very well packaged for the journey to the US.
I recently ordered a personalized mug from Belleek as a gift for someone special, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Belleek delivered exceptional quality and service. The ordering process was simple and smooth, and the design options made it easy to create something meaningful.
The mug arrived beautifully crafted, carefully packaged, and even better than I expected. You can tell they take pride in their work—every detail was perfect. Most importantly, the gift was a huge hit!
I highly recommend Belleek to anyone looking for thoughtful, well-made personalized items. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
My sister bought me my first coffee mug from beleek, truly fell in love a it! Its cracking inside, my heart is broken.! It is beautifully crafted, I can't wait for my new one to arrive!
My personalized Belleek cup accidently was dropped and broke, so I had to order a new one. The Belleek website is extremely easy to navigate, order, and everything is always shipped in a timely manner and packed very safely. I love all of my Belleek products and would recommend them to everyone. And if you are lucky enough to be in Ireland, I recommend going to the Belleek Pottery Factory for the tour and shopping at their gorgeous onsite store.
I ordered two of these for a husband and wife retirement gift. They are Belleek collectors . So I thought it would be a great gift for them.
I was very pleased with the personalization hand written on the product.
The quality of the product is outstanding.
I’m sure they will be loved.
personalized mug
This was the third personalized mug that I have ordered recently for family members to celebrate special birthdays. All have loved having their names on the mugs and enjoy using them for tea or coffee. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.
At first I was surprised at the size of this mug. I thought it was rather small. Then I quickly learned small but mighty! This mug really does hold 10oz of liquid. Great addition to my collection.
I am a big collector of Belleek I love the craftsmanship and the attention to detail. So I wanted to get four mugs for my grand children I got them today they were packaged excellent no damage. They made a mistake and sent me two of the same named mugs and I sent him an email and they were very sorry and they are going to send me out the right one. But that’s not gonna stop me from ordering more items from them they do a great job and customer service is excellent I would definitely recommend buying belleek it’s an Irish tradition in our house. Thanks to all that work there keep up the great job and be safe. Thanks you Suzanne M
