This was the about the 16th "Baby's First Christmas" ornament that I have gotten from Belleek and the quality is and always has been excellent. Belleek is a brand that I can depend on and that I am always looking forward to what they have created. In my recent purchase I had to contact customer service because of an error that I had made. They responded almost immediately and resolved mine issue readily. A company couldn't ask for better customer service. I am collector of Belleek for life.
